On February 05, 2020, a unique facility-a new workshop for the production of lubricating greases - was opened in Saint Petersburg.

High productivity of the new facility is provided by innovations in the technological process, as well as mechanization and automation of the main stages.

A multi-stage filtration system, elements of the heating, cooling and heat recovery system, know-how and a unique system of reactors that provide high performance and energy efficiency and, of course, its own software make the new facility unique in the territory of Saint Petersburg.

Materials produced by vmpavto group of companies are delivered to KAMAZ, BelAZ, GAZ Assembly lines, Russian and Turkish tunneling facilities, domestic metallurgy and other industrial facilities.

The annual capacity of the new shop will be up to 2000 tons of greases. Due to all the innovations, the production time of one batch of lubricants will be reduced from the traditional 24-48 hours to 8-10 hours.
